-Shipping

Orders are processed and despatch within 24 working hours for orders placed by 12 o'clock midnight (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday. 

Regardless of the payment method used, the Customer will always receive a Shipping Confirmation email where it is possible to check the order and shipping status.

-Delivery

Products are delivered within 3 working days from the order despatch date in Europe and within 5 working days for all other destinations worldwide.

-Tracking

When the order is despatched, an email is sent to the Customer with DHL order tracking details. After 24 hours from order despatch, it is possible to track the order by clicking the tracking link included in the email or by entering the shipping number here for DHL.

-Returns 

You may return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
